Policy Overview
No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any merchandise purchased from our store, either online or in-person.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the exchange process.

Our team will confirm the availability of the desired exchange item and provide instructions for sending back the original item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item.
Exceptions
Exchanges are not allowed for items marked as final sale or clearance.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, such as Beverages or Food.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
